Terms and Conditions – Agreement Between Lessor and Lessee (Rental Service)

The customer must obtain the necessary official permits for filming in outdoor or indoor locations as per the laws of the United Arab Emirates if required by regulations.

The customer bears full responsibility for any official violations in accordance with UAE laws.
The lessee must return the equipment in the same condition it was received. The customer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. In case of damage or failure to return the equipment, if the company is not compensated for its current market value and the duration of its unavailability, it will be considered as misappropriation of the equipment, and the company has the right to take legal action, as the lessee acknowledges this.

The rental period is calculated on a 12-hour basis from the time of delivery. The equipment must be returned after the agreed rental period. If the customer wishes to extend the rental period, they must notify the company at least six hours before the rental expires via

The rental request cannot be canceled within 12 hours of the booking. Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or email.
If the company is not informed of the cancellation, 50% of the rental fee will be deducted, or the company reserves the right to claim the same percentage if the booking was made without prior payment.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all the above terms and conditions. I confirm that I have received the equipment in good faith and commit to returning it in its original condition and within the agreed timeframe. I also agree to pay its full market value in case of non-return. Failure to return the equipment will be considered a breach of trust, and I consent to legal action in accordance with UAE laws.
