Service Requester Terms and Conditions
CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ProAngles Media Production L.L.C. ("the Company"), the Client, and the Service Provider (including Crew Members, Cast Members, Production Companies, Agencies, or any registered professional on the Platform).
By creating an account or using the Platform, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Community Standards
Clients may publish only professional media-related content including production opportunities, casting calls, crew requests, equipment requirements, project announcements, and industry-related collaborations. Personal, political, religious, misleading, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
2. Project Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and transparent project information, including project description, scope of work, production dates, location, working hours, payment terms, deliverables, deadlines, and any special requirements. Clear project information helps avoid misunderstandings and disputes.
3. Selection Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for selecting Service Providers after reviewing their profiles, experience, portfolios, ratings, and qualifications.
4. Agreements Between Parties
Project scope, pricing, schedules, revisions, deliverables, transportation, accommodation, payments, and all contractual matters are agreed directly between the Client and the Service Provider unless otherwise specified in a written agreement with ProAngles Media Production L.L.C.
5. Off-Platform Transactions
If negotiations, contracts, payments, or project execution occur outside the Platform, ProAngles Media Production L.L.C. accepts no responsibility for project outcomes, payments, disputes, delays, cancellations, financial losses, damages, or legal claims.
6. Platform Records
The Platform securely stores booking requests, quotations, communications, uploaded files, approvals, and activity logs. Where legally permitted, these records may be used to assist in clarifying disputes. The Company acts solely as a record keeper and not as an arbitrator.
7. Protecting Your Rights
Clients are strongly encouraged to conduct all communications, quotations, approvals, revisions, and bookings through the Platform to maintain a secure, transparent, and verifiable project history.
8. Ratings & Reviews
Clients are encouraged to provide honest, fair, and professional feedback after project completion. Reviews must reflect actual project experience and must not contain defamatory or abusive content.
9. Intellectual Property
Clients shall respect the intellectual property rights of Service Providers and may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials beyond the agreed scope without proper authorization.
10. Managed Production Services
Clients requiring comprehensive production services may contract directly with ProAngles Media Production L.L.C. Under such agreements, the Company may provide end-to-end production management, including creative development, production planning, crew, cast, equipment, permits, locations, post-production, and final delivery. The Company's obligations shall be limited exclusively to the services expressly stated in the signed quotation or agreement.
11. Privacy
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
12. Account Administration
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, Community Standards, or applicable laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
